Willow Meadow Dog Park – Terms & Conditions

1. General Use

  • All bookings are for private use of the field unless otherwise stated.

  • Use of the dog park is entirely at the user’s own risk.

  • Owners are responsible for their dogs and anyone attending with them.

2. Bookings & Payment

  • Bookings must be made online via our website.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your slot.

  • Booking confirmation will be sent via email. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it.

  • Time slots must be strictly adhered to — arriving early or overstaying may affect other customers.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking time may be refunded or rescheduled.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking.

  • In the event of extreme weather or unforeseen closure, we will offer a full refund or alternative date.

4. Field Rules

  • Dogs must be supervised at all times.

  • Only dogs from the same household or invited guests may attend each session.

  • Please clean up after your dog — poo bins and bags are provided.

  • No littering – please take all rubbish with you.

  • No smoking, fires, BBQs, or glass bottles are permitted on the premises.

  • Aggressive or dangerous dogs are not permitted.

5. Safety & Responsibility

  • The airlock parking system must be used correctly to prevent dogs escaping.

  • Children are allowed but must be supervised at all times.

  • Users must not climb on or damage fences or equipment.

  • We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained while on the premises.

6. Vaccinations & Health

  • All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations and in good health.

  • Dogs showing signs of illness (e.g. kennel cough, vomiting, diarrhoea) should not attend.

7. Right to Refuse Entry

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask users to leave if rules are not followed.

  • Repeat breaches may result in a permanent ban.

8. Data & Privacy

  • Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • CCTV may be in operation for security and monitoring purposes.
